ABOUT Coffee Cupcakes RECIPE

So simple yet tasty cupcakes with coffee syrup on the top. It take few minutes in microwave to get ready.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Veg oil- 1/4 cup
  2. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  3. Vanilla essence - 1/2 tbsp
  4. Eggs - 1
  5. Instant coffee powder - 1 and half tbsp
  6. Water - 3 tsp
  7. Sour cream - 1/4 cup
  8. Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
  10. Salt - a Pinch
  11. All purpose flour - 3/4 cup
  12. For Syrup:
  13. Water -1/4 cup
  14. Sugar - 2 tbsp
  15. Coffee powder - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Sieve all purpose flour , baking powder , baking soda.. and mix in a bowl.
  2. Add remaining dry ingredients.
  3. In other bowl add an egg and whisk it well.
  4. Add vanilla essence , water, sourcream and salt .
  5. Mix mix mix.
  6. Now add dry and wet ingredients and fold it to make a smooth paste.
  7. Grease the cupcakes mould tray and fill the batter in the moulds.
  8. Microwave it for 4-5 min.on high.
  9. After it is done check it with a tooth pick if it comes out clean the cupcake is ready.
  10. Let them cool. And take out from the moulds.
  11. Now make the syrup adding water, sugar and coffee powder.
  12. Sprinkle over the top and enjoyyyy.
