Ingredients Serving: 6
For the filling (1 cup) 1tsp oil 1tsp finely chopped garlic
1tsp finely chopped garlic
1/4 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup finely chopped red capsicum
1/2 sliced onion
1/4 cup parboiled beans sprouts
2tbsp carrots: cut into juliennes
a pinch of sugar
salt to taste
1tbsp chilli garlic sauce ( I made it at home)
1/2 tbsp tomato Ketchup
2tbsp grated low fat paneer.
Other ingredients :
5 samosa Patties: 3/4 cup Maida
2tbsp Ghee
salt to taste
a pinch of love
Instructions
For the filling :
Sauté garlic for a few seconds in a pan. Add the onions, cabbage, red capsicum, beans sprouts, carrots, sugar n salt, mix well n Sauté on medium flame fr another 2-3 mins.
Add the chilli garlic sauce n tomato Ketchup ix well n cook on a medium flame fr a min, stirring constantly. Add the paneer, mix well n cook fr another min. Cool slightly n divide the mixture into 15 equal portion. Keep aside.
for the samosa patties: Mix all n knead a hard dough with lukewarm water. Roll n make rectangular patties.
Process:
Cut each samosa patti into 3equal pieces so as to make 15 pcs. Place a piece of the patti on a flat tummy dry surface n place a portion of the filling at on pointed edge.
Roll each patti towards the opposite pointed edge n stick the edges to form a cylindrical shape. Brush a lil oil on the rolls n place them on a greases baking tray.
Bake in pre heated oven at 150* for 20-30 mins or till they turn brown n crisp.
