Make a smooth dough as for the paranthas.
Heat a non stick skillet and make the parathas using butter.
Whisk the eggs with salt and chilli powder or black pepper.
After the parantha is almost done, pour about 2 to 3 tbsp of the beaten egg mix on it on one side and top it up with all the veggies of your choice and let it cook on low flame.
After 2 to 3 mins, flip it over and let it cook for a minute more.
Yummy egg parathas are ready to be served with any chutney or sauce or as it is.
