ABOUT Anda - Veggies Parantha RECIPE

A simple and yummy treat for the whole family. Easy to make and super hit idea for the breakfast as well as perfect one for the tiffins and lunch box.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the parantha dough: 2 tbsp of Oil.
  2. 2 cups of Whole wheat flour
  3. Salt a tsp
  4. Water as required to knead the dough
  5. For the topping: 4 Eggs, beaten
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Tomato one, finely chopped
  8. A bunch of Green onions, finely chopped
  9. Coriander leaves, chopped
  10. Black pepper or red chilli powder a tbsp
  11. Oil or Butter to fry the paranthas.

Instructions

  1. Make a smooth dough as for the paranthas.
  2. Heat a non stick skillet and make the parathas using butter.
  3. Whisk the eggs with salt and chilli powder or black pepper.
  4. After the parantha is almost done, pour about 2 to 3 tbsp of the beaten egg mix on it on one side and top it up with all the veggies of your choice and let it cook on low flame.
  5. After 2 to 3 mins, flip it over and let it cook for a minute more.
  6. Yummy egg parathas are ready to be served with any chutney or sauce or as it is.
