Soak Basmati rice in water for 2 hours.
Drain the water from the rice, now grind in mixture, add milk if required.
Boil the milk on gas with slow flame, add rice paste, sugar & kesar, stir continuously.
When the Phirni becomes thick, turn the gas off.
Bring the Phirni to room temperature.
Pour them in the clay pots. Keep them in fridge for 1 hour.
Decorate the Phirni with almond & pistachios flakes.
