ABOUT Bread Omelette RECIPE

A delicious and quick recipe which can be served for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread 2 slices
  2. Egg 2
  3. Onion 2 tsp
  4. Green chilly 1 chopped
  5. Tomato - 2 tsp chopped
  6. Some chopped veggies - Carrot, Spring onion green
  7. Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Cheese slice 1 or use grated cheese
  10. Oil - 2-3 tsp
  11. tomato ketchup for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl crack open 2 eggs, add Salt, pepper and chopped veggies and mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, simmer the flame and pour half of the egg mixture and spread it out.
  3. Then layer the bread slices over the egg.
  4. Again pour the remaining egg mixture over the bread and spread well.
  5. After 3-5 mins flip over and cook on other side too for 3-5 mins.
  6. Now layer the cheese over it and fold the bread over.
  7. Take out, cut into desired shapes and serve hot with ketchup or any Chutney of your choice.
