ABOUT Soya Bhurji RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100 gms soya chunks (Soak in warm water till they get soft to squeeze)
  2. 1 tsp chopped garlic
  3. 2 medium chopped onion
  4. 1 tsp chopped ginger
  5. 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  6. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  8. Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
  9. Few drops of lemon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Squeeze soya chunks. Grind them.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add cumin seeds, chopped garlic, ginger, onion, green chillies, turmeric powder. Saute till done, add soya chunks and stir well.
  4. Add salt and garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves. Add few drops of lemon. Serve hot.
