ABOUT Ganache Cake RECIPE

It is a moist and delicious chocolate cake with just the right measure of sweetness that goes well with chocolate ganache.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Dairy milk chocolate 80gm
  2. Eggs 4
  3. Oil 1 cup
  4. Castor sugar 3/4 cup
  5. Boiling hot water 1/4 cup
  6. Cocoa powder 4 tablespoon
  7. Baking powder 2 teaspoon
  8. Cake flour 1 cup
  9. Fresh cream 200gm
  10. Butter 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take bowl beat 4 eggs and sugar and add oil beat well for 10 minutes.
  2. Now add cake flour, baking powder in egg mixture and mix well.
  3. After that combine cocoa powder and boiling water and add in egg mixture, give a good mix.
  4. Now keep ready baking tray, pour this mixture on it and bake at 180 C for 10 minutes in oven.
  5. Remove the cake from oven.
  6. Now take small sauce pan, heat it on stove add 80gm dairy milk chocolate, 200gm fresh cream and butter. When it melts totally spread it on prepared cake. Simmer for 5 minutes. Refrigerate for half an hour.
  7. After that remove from refrigerator and cut the pieces and garnish this ganache cake as desired.
