Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 500 grams mushrooms
  2. 2 Chopped Onions
  3. 1 Capsicum
  4. 1 tomato
  5. Cornflour(2-3 tbsp)
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste
  7. Finely chopped garlic
  8. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  9. Green chillies (2)
  10. Tomato ketchup
  11. Salt and red chilli powder.
  12. Coriander leaves and spring onion for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take corn flour, ginger garlic paste, salt and red chilli powder in a bowl and add little water to make a thick paste.
  2. Take the mushroom pieces and and marinate in above paste for 30 mins.
  3. After 30 mins, deep fry the mushroom.
  4. In a separate pan,add oil.
  5. Once oil is heated nicely, add chopped garlic, slit green chillies, onions,capsicum and saute until they turn slight brown.
  6. Add tomatoes and mix again.
  7. Then add the fried mushrooms,soya sauce and some tomato ketchup.Cook for 5-7 mins.
  8. Chilli mushroom is ready.Garnish with some spring onion and coriander leaves.
