Delicious Idli sambhar!
Soak rice and sago separately for 4-5 hours.
Then drain the water mix both of them and grind them in a mixer together.
Add little curd about 1/2 cup for fermentation and mix properly.
Keep it for 5-6 hours.
Now prepare idli in idli maker for 10-15 minutes.
You can add a pinch of soda if you are finding that your batter is not properly raised.
For sambhar I have prepared normal lauki gravy sabzi in cooker with turmeric powder,red chilli powder, water and rock salt.
Soak tamarind and take out pulp.
Roast peanuts and crush them a little.
For tempering add little oil in pan add cumin seeds red chilli dry; peanuts; tamarind pulp; little jaggery and little water
Add it to the lauki gravy, your sambhar is ready.
SERVING: 4
