ABOUT Chocolate kancha gola RECIPE

Kancha Golla is one of the very popular Sweet from West Bengal . It is made with fresh Chena ( cottage cheese ) , but I make it little twists in my chocolate . This chocolate kancha golla is my family's all - time favorite and incredibly easy to make .

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chenna / homemade fresh paneer - 200 gm
  2. Melted chocolate - 100 gm
  3. Fresh cream - 50 gm
  4. Khoya / mawa - 150 gm
  5. Sugar - 150 gm

Instructions

  1. Mash chena or homemade fresh paneer using hands or in a food processor and divide it into two equal portions .
  2. Take one portions along with melted chocolate in a non - stick pan and cook on low flame for 6 - 8 minutes .
  3. Stir continuously .
  4. Mix the cooked chena / paneer along with the plain one , cream and mawa properly .
  5. Make small balls out of the mixture . Garnish with the chocolate .
  6. Refrigerate the chocolate kancha golla for 10 - 15 minutes and serve .
