Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hung curd- 1 cup
  2. Powdered sugar- acc to taste
  3. Pan sharbat- 1/2 tsp
  4. Regular sweet pan ( finely chopped)- 1

Instructions

  1. Hung curd ( strain regular curd for a couple of hrs to drain water) Keep it in the fridge for one hour.
  2. Add ground sugar to hung curd and again keep it for 1 hr.
  3. Add 1/2 tsp pan sharbat to it.
  4. Add finely chopped regular pan to it and freeze for half an hour.
