When we run out of vegetables at home this is the simplest recipe which is mouth watering too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Onion 2
  2. Tomato 2
  3. Green chilli 2
  4. Malai 4 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  8. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Ghee - 2 tsp
  11. Hing - 1/4 tsp
  12. Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  13. Rai - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Grind the tomatoes, green chilli and malai together.
  2. Cut the onion and heat ghee in a kadai.
  3. Add jeera, rai and hing for the tadka. Add in the onions and fry till golden in color.
  4. Add in all the dry masala and further add the ground malai gravy.
  5. Add salt, stir and cook for 5-7 minutes till the sabji start releasing ghee. Turn of the flame and serve hot.

Made it today, we had run out of vegetables and this was a good option for chapati, it was good
