Classic Brownie dessert

Ingredients Serving: 10

1 cup white Sugar
1 cup Brown sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup butter/vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup semi sweet cooking chocolate
Nuts (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade.
Melt the butter and chocolate together, if using oil, melt the chocolate and mix with oil. Let it cool before adding the eggs.
Whisk in the eggs, vanilla essence and beat for five minutes until the batter is fluffy
Add the sugars, flour and blend well, add nuts if you like.
Pour the mixture in a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes or until an inserted fork comes clean.
Cool it a little and enjoy with icecream.
