Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chocolate 200 gms
  2. Salt 1/2 tsp
  3. Spicy red chilli powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Prepare a double boiler. You can do this by placing a large pan with a little less than half the quantity of water. As the water begins to simmer, add in a smaller size heat proof bowl to just immerse its bottom. Keep the flame on low.
  2. Chop the chocolate, add it in the bowl and place it on the double boiler.
  3. You can also melt the chocolate in a microwave by melting it at 30 seconds interval.
  4. Stir till it is melted.
  5. Add salt and chilli powder.
  6. Pour the chocolate in the desired mould, I have used heart shape.
  7. Grease the mould and pour in the melted chocolate. Tap the mould gently so that any air bubbles trapped are released.
  8. Place this in the freezer for half an hour.
  9. Pop them out gently by tapping the back of the mould.

Nice recipe but i wish the image was a bit clearer. It is too out of focus and hazy..
