Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sitaphal 250 gm
  2. Oil 1 tbsp
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Green chilli 2-3
  5. Salt and chilli powder as per taste
  6. Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  7. Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  8. Haldi powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Dhania powder 1 tsp
  10. Sugar 1 tbsp
  11. Amchoor powder 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek seeds and cook till splutter.
  2. Add tomato, chopped green chilli and all the spices except kasuri methi.
  3. Mix and cook for 10 minutes or until soft on a low flame. Cover the lid.
  4. Add sugar and amchoor powder to it and mix.
  5. garnish with kasuri methi. Serve hot.
