Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Ice cream scoops 6
  2. Biscuits powder 1 cup
  3. Crushed cornflakes 1 cup
  4. All purpose flour 1 tbsp
  5. Water 3/4 cup
  6. Oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. Take out scoops on to a plate and freeze for at least an hour to set firm.
  2. Take out scoops one by one from the freezer. Roll them in biscuit powder properly and put again in the freezer.
  3. Let them freeze for an hour.
  4. Prepare a batter of all purpose flour and water. It should neither watery nor too thick.
  5. After an hour take out the scoops (again one by one). Dip them in the prepared batter and roll in crushed cornflakes. Make sure the ice cream is nicely covered all around.
  6. Put these balls in the freezer again for at least two hours to set.
  7. At the time to serve heat oil in a wok. When the oil is hot, take out the scoops one by one and fry just for 15 seconds.
  8. Fried ice cream is ready to serve. Serve it with any topping of your choice. I have served it with orange compote.
