Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Milk bread 4 pieces
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Fresh grated coconut 1/4 cup
  4. Cardamon powder 1/8 tsp
  5. Design ghee 1 tsp
  6. Khoya or dry milk 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Grind bread in grinder to make breadcrumb.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the coconut for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add sugar and 1-2 drop water.
  4. When sugar dissolve and water. After the water dries up, add breadcrumb and cardamon powder.
  5. Mix well and fry till it is gathers.
  6. Set on a greased thali.
  7. When cool add vark on top (Optional), cut into desired shape.
