Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pasta 250 gm
  2. Refined flour 3 tsp
  3. Butter 2 tsp
  4. Milk 1/2 kg
  5. Cheese as much as required
  6. Herbs as per choice - Oregano and Chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in sufficient water and keep it aside. Drain it properly and add 1 tsp oil that it does not stick to each other.
  2. In another pan, add butter. When butter starts melting, add 2 tsp flour.
  3. Gradually add milk and keep stirring. Add salt and black pepper.
  4. When the sauce begins to become thick, add pasta into it and simmer the gas.
  5. After 5 minutes, add in cheese, salt and herbs. Mix well and serve hot.
