ABOUT Chocolaty fruit cream bread coins RECIPE

It is a fruit based bread dessert completely my innovation. Quick to prepare, delicious and a perfect party bite sized dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6 slices white bread
  2. 1 small sized kiwi finely chopped
  3. 1 small sized apple finely chopped
  4. 1/2 banana finely chopped
  5. 1 chikoo finely chopped
  6. 1/2 pomegranate kernels
  7. 1 cup grated dark chocolate
  8. 1/2 cup condensed milk diluted with a little milk
  9. 1 cup fresh amul cream
  10. 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Firstly cut the bread into small roundels using a small bottle lid or a cookie cutter. Cut 4 rounds from one slice bread.
  2. Mix the cream with 2 tbsp of powdered sugar and keep aside.
  3. Mix the finely chopped fruits to the sweetened cream to make the fresh fruit cream stuffing.
  4. Dilute the condensed milk with a little milk for a thinner consistency and keep aside.
  5. Take 1 bread coin. Keep a teaspoon of filling on it and cover it with another bread coin.
  6. Likewise prepare all the bread coins stuffed with fruit cream filling.
  7. Now coat the bread coin in the diluted condensed milk nicely from all sides and roll it on grated chocolate. Prepare all coins this way.
  8. Now garnish it with some choco chips and pomegranate kernels.
  9. Keep it in fridge for 15 minutes before serving for a firmer texture.
