Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Desiccated coconut 250 gm
  2. Khoya 250 gm
  3. Sugar 150 gm
  4. Milk 1 cup
  5. Pinch of saffron strands
  6. Ghee 2 tbsp
  7. Dry fruits chopped for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Boil milk and sugar in a pan.
  2. Add saffron.
  3. Add khoya and cook on a low flame till the mixture turns thick.
  4. Add ghee, mix well. Put the mixture in a greased plate.
  5. Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
  6. Cool and serve.
