Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Urad dal 1 cup
  2. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  3. Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
  4. Hing a pinch
  5. Chili powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Tatri as per taste
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First soak urad dal overnight.
  2. Next day grind it to a fine paste with very little water.
  3. Add some salt and mix well.
  4. Boil water in a bowl and make small balls and dip in that water.
  5. When the pakodas become tight, turn off the gas and take them out.
  6. Add 2 spoon ghee in kadai and all the spices except tatri, then drops the pakodas and sprinkle salt.
  7. After they began to boil add tatri according to taste and the water which was left behind.
  8. Medium heat upto 5 minutes and then serve hot.
