Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sooji -50-gms
  2. Spinach Puree -2-Tablespoon
  3. Carrot Puree -2-Tablespoon
  4. Buttermilk -100-ml
  5. Red chilli powder -1/4th -Teaspoon
  6. White pepper powder -1/4th -Teaspoon
  7. Salt-1/2-Teaspoon
  8. Mustard seeds -1/2-Tablespoon
  9. Oil-3-Tablespoon
  10. Green chilles-2-Piece
  11. Cooking Soda -1/4th -Teaspoon
  12. Curry leaves -2-3-Leaves

Instructions

  1. In one portion add spinach Puree , for orange portion add the carrot paste and for white just add white pepper in the remaining portion
  2. Now add all the three layers accordingly orange , white and green then drizzle some oil on it.
  3. The Handvo is ready to serve garnish it with mustard seeds and curry leaves. You can enjoy this with green chutney or curd.
