  1. Refined flour-100.00-Gm
  2. Wheat flour-150.00-Gm
  3. Salt-15.00-Gm
  4. Oil-250.00-Ml
  5. Corn flour -25.00-Gm
  6. Cabbage-300.00-Gm
  7. Onion-100.00-Gm
  8. Capsicum-100.00-Gm
  9. Ginger-15.00-Gm
  10. Garlic-20.00-Gm
  11. Green chilli-10.00-Gm
  12. Soya granules-200.00-Gm
  13. Soya sauce-10.00-Ml
  14. Vinegar-5.00-Ml
  15. Soya milk-100.00-Ml
  16. Spinach juice-100.00-Ml
  17. Carrot juice-100.00-Ml

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put refined flour, wheat flour and salt and knead a white dough with soya milk. Similarly, knead a green dough with spinach juice and a orange dough with carrot juice. Rest the dough for 15 mins.
