Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread-12-Slices
  2. Carrot(grated)-2-Cups
  3. Walnut(crushed)-1-Cup
  4. Raisins(soaked and Chopped)-1-Cup
  5. Honey-2-Tbsp
  6. Black pepper powder-2-Tsp
  7. Salt-1-Tsp
  8. Mustard Sauce-3-Tsp
  9. Mayonnaise-2-Tbsp
  10. Avocado(mashed)-1-Piece
  11. Tomato(sliced)-2-Piece
  12. Green Capsicum (sliced)-1-Piece
  13. Red Capsicum (sliced)-1-Piece
  14. Eggs(poached)-2-Pieces
  15. Lemon-1-Piece
  16. Cucumber (sliced)-1-Piece
  17. Onion (sliced)-1-Piece
  18. Butter-0.5-Tsp

Instructions

  1. Filling -1:-In a bowl,Mix Carrot,walnut,raisins,salt,mustard sauce,honey, lemon juice and mayonnaise together.
  2. Peel off the Avocado.
  3. Filling 2-Cut and mash them with salt and black pepper.
  4. Take breads,in some of them put filling 1,stuff the rest of them with avocado mixture, onion,capsicum cucumber and tomato rings
  5. Cover with another piece of bread ,grease the sandwich maker with butter and place them neatly in sandwich maker.
  6. Grill them for 3-4 mins in medium heat.
  7. Decorate them with poached egg..And your Tricolour Sandwiches are ready and served!
