#bbvalentinesdaycontest. It's an eye catching preparation where sweet potato kebabs are stuffed with veggies and topped with garlic party dip. Heart shaped papdi and sugar decoration enhances it's taste. The entire combination of this different flavours gives it a totally roller coaster enthralling taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sweet potato, boiled-250-Gram
  2. Sweet corn-50-Gram
  3. Peas-50-Gram
  4. Carrot, grated-1-Piece
  5. Chaat masala-2-Tsp
  6. Red chilli powder-1-Tsp
  7. Cumin powder-1-Tsp
  8. Coriander leaves, choped-50-Gran
  9. Salt-2-Tsp
  10. Garlic cloves-7-Piece
  11. Onion, chopped-50-Gram
  12. Capsicum, chopped-50-Gram
  13. Oil-4-Tsp
  14. Chilli flakes-1-Tsp
  15. All purpose flour-50-Gram
  16. Beetroot juice-2-Tsp
  17. Sugar-50-Gram
  18. Curd-200-Gram
  19. Bathua paste-3-Tsp

Instructions

  1. Take sugar in a pan and add little beetroot juice and boil till melted. Take a utensil and make decoration with this and let it set.
  2. Take all purpose flour and add beetroot juice and make a dough. Flatten and shape into heart. Bake till crisp.
  3. Take thick curd in a bowl and add garlic, Onion, capsicum, chilli flakes, 1tsp oil, salt and mix well. Your garlic party dip is ready.
  4. Take sweet potato in a plate and mash well and add bathua paste and mix well.
  5. Add sweet corn, carrot, peas, chaat masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, coriander leaves.
  6. Give the mixture desired shape and shallow fry.
  7. Take the serving dish and place kebab and top with party dip. Place the crispy heart on top and cover with sugar decoration
