Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Suji-1-Cup
  2. Milk-2-Cup
  3. Rose pattels-01-Cup
  4. Condensed milk-1-Cup
  5. Rose Essence-1-Tsp
  6. Red food colour-1-Tsp
  7. Milk powder-2-Tbsp
  8. Dry fruits-2-Tbsp
  9. Gulkand -2-Tbsp
  10. Ghee-2-Tbsp
  11. Coconut powder-1-Cup
  12. Vanilla extract-1-Tsp
  13. Sprinkle-1-Tbsp
  14. White chocolate-1-Cup

Instructions

  1. Firstly in a wok add ghee and roast suji for 2 min.just remove rawness.now add 2 Cup milk and mix well
  2. Add rose pattels and cook it. Then add condensed milk, milk powder , vanilla extract, red food colour mix well. now cook till it side pan.
  3. now add dry fruits and mix well. Rosy red mixture is ready.
  4. Heat pan roast coconut powder just remove rawness don't change colour now add condensed milk and vanilla extract mix well. White mixture is ready.
  5. Now firstly spread rosy red layer then fill coconut stuffing and give ladoo shape. And keep it in freej for 30 min.
  6. Now take a bowl add white chocolate and melt it with double boiler method when it melt add red food colour .Now dip the rosy red laddu in red chocolate mixture and freej it. Rosy Red laddu is ready.
  7. Now melt white chocolate with double boiler method now coated white chocolate on Greece bowl and set it in freej. Choclate bowl is ready.
  8. .Firstly spread red chocolate mixture ..now keep chocolate bowl then keep rosy red laddu on it decorate with white chocolate and sprinkle. Love treat is ready to serve.
