Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For sweet --
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Chopped mix fruit 1/2 cup
  4. Strawberry crush 2 tbsp
  5. For spicy --
  6. Boiled Rice 1 cup
  7. Garlic 1 tesp
  8. Chopped Beans 1 tbsp
  9. Chopped spring onion 1 tbsp
  10. Chopped carrots 1 tbsp
  11. Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  12. Tomato Ketchup 1 Tbsp
  13. Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  14. Salt 1/2 tesp
  15. Red chili powder 1/4 tesp
  16. Black pepper powder 1/4 tesp
  17. Chopped cilantro 1 tbsp
  18. Green of onions 1 tbsp
  19. For tangy --
  20. Shredded cabbage 2 tbsp
  21. Carrot julliens 2 tbsp
  22. Sliced cucumber 1/2
  23. Diced tomatoes 1 small
  24. Sesame oil 1 tesp
  25. Honey 1 tesp
  26. Vinegar 1 tesp
  27. Lemon juice 1 tesp
  28. Salt 1/2 tesp
  29. Black pepper powder 1/2 tesp

Instructions

  1. Sweet -- mix fruit raita
  2. Hang curd in muslin cloth for half an hour and then whisk well.
  3. Add mix fruits and strawberry crush to curd and mix well.
  4. Spicy -- Mexican rice
  5. In a wok heat 1 tbsp oil.
  6. Add ginger and saute.
  7. Add onions and saute.
  8. Add french beans and carrot. Saute till soft.
  9. Add tomato puree, ketchup, chilli sauce, salt , red chilli powder and black pepper. Fry for a while.
  10. Add cooked rice and mix well.
  11. Top with cilantro and greens of an onion. Mix gently. Remove from the heat.
  12. Tangy -- salad
  13. Take all salad vegetables in a mixing bowl.
  14. In another bowl mix together all dressing ingredients.
  15. Pour dressing in salad veggies and toss well.
  16. Arrangement- -
  17. In serving plate arrange rice in a circle using a mould.
  18. Place curd in between.
  19. Place salad on a side.
  20. Garnish with a tomato rose.
