ABOUT Corn Korma RECIPE

Corn Kormais a very simple Indian vegetable recipe which tastes best with roti or bread. Easy to cook and yummy to eat!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sweet corns 200 gms (steamed)
  2. 1/2 cup chopped onions 100 gms
  3. 1 cup chopped tomato 200 gms
  4. 1 capsicum, chopped
  5. Curd + Cream 150 gms/ 3/4 cup
  6. Salt, red chilli powder and garam masala as per taste
  7. Vegetable masala 1/2 tsp (optional)
  8. Green chillies 2 pieces
  9. Oil 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a kadai or a non-stick pan.
  2. Saute the onions, capsicum, corns and green chillies together. Add the seasoning as per taste and cook it for 2 mins.
  3. Next, add the tomatoes and cook till it's soft. Add the cream and curd mixture, cook it for 5- 10 mins till the vegetable is cooked properly.
  4. Serve it hot with roti or bread.

Nice I've got all the ingredients except the veg masala, what is it any way? So I'm making it for dinner , thanks for the recipe.
