Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 5-6 tomatoes
  2. 4-5 green chillies
  3. Coriander leaves
  4. Ginger
  5. Water
  6. Oil
  7. Salt
  8. Amchur powder
  9. Hing
  10. Ajwain
  11. 1.5 tea spoon red chili
  12. 1.5 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  13. 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
  14. 4 table spoon besan

Instructions

  1. Make chutney of coriander leaves, ginger salt and green chillies without adding water
  2. Make batter of besan and add all spices
  3. Make flowy batter like ribbon by adding water
  4. Cut slices of tomatoes and put cheese pieces on it
  5. Put chutney on it
  6. Dip into the batter and fry in oil
  7. Serve with chutney and sauce
