Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina (suji)1 cup.
  2. Oil 1tea spoon.
  3. Chopped onion 1table spoon.
  4. Chopped coriander leaves 1tea spoon.
  5. Chopped green chilli 1tea spoon.
  6. Cumin powder 1tea spoon.
  7. Black pepper powder 1tea spoon.
  8. Red pepper powder 1tea spoon.
  9. Salt as per taste.
  10. Amchur powder 1tea spoon.
  11. Mozerella cheese 1/2cup(grated).
  12. Oil for deep frying.

Instructions

  1. Heat 1tea spoon oil in a non stick pan.
  2. Roast samolina on low flame till golden.keep aside.
  3. Add chopped onion,green chillies,coriander leaves to the pan and saute for 2minutes on low flame.
  4. Add samolina,add 3cups water and cook on low -medium heat for 3-4 minutes or till samolina is thick.
  5. When samolina starts leaving the edge of pan,put off the flame and let it be cooled.
  6. Make golf ball sized balls of samlina,put 1/2 tea spoon cheese inside each ball,seal the balls and deep fry on medium heat.
  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
