ABOUT Delhi Street Style Anda Bread..... RECIPE

A lovely easy recipe of street style Anda Bread from the streets of our Capital City. It is a healthy one too and can be done with brown bread or Multigrain bread too. Done in a matter of just a few minutes, it can be served with ketchup to your tiny tots. Happy Street Style Cooking!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices 4
  2. Eggs 2
  3. Onion finely chopped 1
  4. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/4 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Green chillies finely chopped 3
  7. Oil 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Break eggs in a bowl and beat well.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to it.
  3. Heat a pan with oil.
  4. Add this egg mix to it.
  5. Place 4 breads on it.
  6. Press them a little and turn over on it so that the upper side of the bread also gets the masala on top.
  7. Cook on a low heat until done on one side.
  8. Flip over and let it cook on the other side too.
  9. Serve it hot immediately for a lovely breakfast to your family.
