ABOUT Muttai Masal RECIPE

A very easy and spicy egg side dish.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs 2
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Tomato 1, chopped
  4. Onion 1, chopped
  5. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  6. Oil 1 tbsp
  7. Lime juice 1 tsp
  8. Chilli powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, break 2 eggs in it. Then add a little salt and beat the eggs well. Make a plain omelette of this.
  2. Next cut the omelette into pieces. Keep it aside.
  3. In a pan, add little oil to heat, then add the mustard seeds, onion, tomato, chilli powder and salt. Saute until it gets cooked well.
  4. Add the omelette pieces and mix it with this masala.
  5. Finally add some lime juice and serve.

I used to make egg bhujji lyk this but the difference is I don't cook eggs separately but add eggs directly when masala is cooked. but i lyk ur recipe also. I will try. egg r my all time favorite.
