Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled n mashed potatoes 1
  2. Boiled n mashed green peas 1/2 bowl
  3. Rice flour 2 tbsp
  4. Finely chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  5. Finely chopped green chilly 1
  6. Grated ginger 1 tsp
  7. Chat masala 1 tsp
  8. Amchur powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Semolina 2 tbsp
  11. Oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add all above listed ingredients except oil and mix well
  2. Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness
  3. All the balls are made in the same way
  4. Coat with semolina
  5. Heat oil in a pan and place the matar kabab and shallow frt in slow flame
  6. Flip it and cook for some time till the other side is equal brown
  7. Serve hot
