Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mutton mince 250 gm
  2. Onion chopped 2
  3. Onion slice 1
  4. Tomato 3
  5. Curd 1/2 cup
  6. Poppy seeds 1 tablespoon
  7. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Coriander powder 3 teaspoon
  10. Oil 1 cup
  11. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  12. Potato 3

Instructions

  1. Make a paste of tomatoes and poppy seed separately.. cut the potatoes in cubes and keep a side
  2. In a pot heat oil now add slice onion and saute till golden brown color
  3. Now add tomato paste, ginger garlic paste, curd and poppy seed paste mix it well
  4. Add 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and Coriander powder mix it well.. add 1 cup of water and saute until oil comes above
  5. In a big bowl add mince along with all remaining spices & chopped onion mix it well all the things and make a small balls
  6. Now add these balls in a gravy along with potatoes cubes mix well add water and cooked till its become soft and tender
  7. When it's become soft adjust a gravy in thick consistency topped with coriander leaves and serve
  8. Serve hot with slice onion and curd
