Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups of chopped palak
  2. 1/2 cup boiled corns
  3. 2 -3 cloves of garlic
  4. 2 tsp butter
  5. 2 tsp mayonnaise
  6. 1 tsp maida/flour
  7. 1 cup milk
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Take butter in a pan and add the chopped garlic. Saute it till it's translucent.
  2. Add in the chopped palak, boiled corns and salt. Cook it for a few minutes and keep aside.
  3. Take butter in a pan, add the maida and roast it for a minute. Pour in the milk and stir continuously so that no lumps form, then add the black pepper powder. Cook till it's thick. Then add the palak and corn mixture in it. Let it cool and add the mayonnaise.
  4. Take the bread slices, fill in the mixture and grill it.
  5. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
