Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled mashed potatoes 4-5
  2. Arrawroot 3tbsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Mint chutney 4-5tbsp
  5. Tamarind chutney 4-5tbsp
  6. Curd 5-6tbsp
  7. Bhuna jeera 2tsp
  8. Oil for frying
  9. For garnish
  10. Chopped onions
  11. Chopped cabbage
  12. Chopped paneer
  13. Boiled sprouts

Instructions

  1. Boil and mash the potatoes add salt and arrawroot. Make dough by mixing all INGREDIENTS well.
  2. Now make balls of the dough. Fry the balls in hot oil for once.
  3. Now press the balls little and deep fry them in hot oil till golden brown and crisp.
  4. Now spread both chutney, bhuna jeera and curd on it. Sprinkle 1tbsp of each garnish and serve hot.
