ABOUT Panna cotta with Blueberry Compote RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Double cream 250 gm
  2. Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
  3. 20 gm Caster sugar
  4. 1/2 tsp gelatin
  5. Blueberries 4 to 5
  6. Lemon rind and juice 1 tsp each

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream with the lemon rind. Then keep it aside.
  2. Soak the gelatin. Mix it in a little cream and stir, then mix it with the whole cream. Now pour it into a mould and let it chill for 2 to 3 hrs.
  3. Meanwhile put the blue berries into the lemon juice and blueberries syrup. Cook till the berries become soft. Then let it cool and chill in the refrigerator.
  4. Demould the set panna cotta. Pour the prepared syrup on top and serve it.
