Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Urad dal 1 cup
  2. Rice flour 3 tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Onion 1
  5. Green chillies 2
  6. Few coriander leaves
  7. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak the urad dal in water for 3 hours.
  2. Grind it in a mixer with a little water.
  3. Mix the urad dal batter with the finely chopped onion, chillies, coriander, salt, rice flour and cumin seeds. Beat this batter for 20 mins to get a good result.
  4. Heat oil in a medium flame, put in a small amount of batter into it. Once it turns golden, take it out from the oil.
  5. Serve it hot.
