French fries is one of favorite kids recipe.for make it fushion amd more tasty,using chicken mince and 2 types of cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For french fries
  2. Large potato peeled 2-3
  3. Water as required
  4. Water as required for boiling
  5. Salt 1 tablespoon
  6. Cooking oil 1 cup for frying
  7. For loaded fries
  8. Oil 2 tablespoon
  9. Onion 1 small chopped
  10. Chicken mince 200 grams
  11. Ginger -garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  12. Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  13. Salt 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
  14. Red chili flakes 1 teaspoon
  15. Oregano 1 teaspoon
  16. Sugar 1 tablespoons
  17. Tomato puree 1/2 cup
  18. Watwr 1/4 cup or as required
  19. Assemblings
  20. Friyng pan
  21. French fries
  22. Prepared mince
  23. Grated Cheddar cheese 3 tablespoon
  24. Grated mozorella cheeae 3 tablespoon
  25. Onion slice 1 tablespoon
  26. Black olives 8 - 10piece
  27. Chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
  28. Oregano 1 teaspoon
  29. Italian sesoning 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. For french fries cut the potato french fries style (1.3cm thick)
  2. In a bowl add water and cut potatoes and let it rest for 30 to 40 minutes
  3. After that in a saucepan add water and salt heat it to boling
  4. When water start boling add potatoes and off the gas flame and leave it for 6 to 8 minutes
  5. Now pat dry the potatoes with the help of kitchen towel or paper and let them cool
  6. After cooling pour potatoes into zip lock bag and put it in the refrigerator for atleast 4 hours or can be freeze for 1 - 2 weeks
  7. In the meanwhile prepare the mince.in a frying pan add refine oil and heat it
  8. After that add chopped onion and saute until translucent
  9. Then add chicken mince and mix well until change colour
  10. Add ginger garlic paste and again mix it well
  11. After that add black pepper powder,
  12. Then add salt and red chili flakes
  13. After that add oregano,sugar and mix well for 2 to 3 minutes
  14. Add tomato puree and mix well
  15. Add water and cover and cook on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes
  16. After water dries off the gas flame and keep aside
  17. Now its time to fries the potatoes.for that in a kadai add refine oil and heat it.
  18. Fry potato fries for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame and rest it for 5 minutes
  19. Heat cooking oil and again fry potatoes until crispy
  20. Now assembling all the things.in a frying pan frist add fries potatoes then add prepared mince ,
  21. Then spread the cheddar and mozzarella cheese ,onion,black olives,oregano,red chili flakes and italian sesoning
  22. Cover and cook until cheese melt properly
  23. Place it into a serving platter and serve hot.
