Its a fushion and healthy recipe specialy for kids as they do not like oats that much.some of us use oats powder mixing with wheat while making roti,but if someone try this revipe I Am sure your kids fall in love with oats.

Ingredients Serving: 3
Oats 100 grams
Onion 1 large chopped
Ginger 1/2 tablespoon chooped
Garlic 1 teaspoon chopped
Green chilli 1 teaspoon chopped
Green capsicum 1 tablespoon chopped
Carrot 1 tablespoons grated
Cabbage 1 tablespoons thinly slice
Salt as per taste
Black papper 1/2 teaspoon
Refine oil 1cup for frying & 2 teaspoon for cooking
For gravy
Soya sauce 1 tablespoons
Chilli sauce 1 tablespoons
Tomato sauce 2 tablespoons
Spring onion 1 teaspoon for garnish(optional)
Onion 1 large cut into cubes
Green capsicum 1 medium cut into cubes
Ginger 1 teaspoon chopped
Instructions
Making oats ball you will need
Take a mixing bowl and add oats .
Now in the same mixing bowl add chopped onion
After that add chopped ginger
Then add chopped garlic
After that add chopped green capsicum
Now add green chilli chopped
Then add grated carrot
After that add thinly chopped cabbage
Now add salt to taste
Add black pepper
If needed then add water gradually
Now mixing all the ingredients which already added to mixing bowl
After mixing all the ingredients together keep it aside for 5-10minutes
After 5 to 10 minutes make small small ball from mixture
After making oats ball again keep it aside for 5minutes
Now in a deep kadai add refine oil and.heat it on medium high flame for fry oats ball
When oil properly heated up then add oats ball one by one and fry them on low flame until crispy and golden brown colour.
Remove it on a paper/kitchen towel and keep them aside
Now time to make Manchurian gravy
For that take a frying pan and add 2 tea spoon refine oil and heat it.
After that add chopped garlic and fry for 10 seconds
Then add onion(cut into cube) and fry for 30 sceonds
After that add capsicum (cut into cube) and fry for a couple of minutes
In the meanwhile take small bowl and add 1 tablespoons soya sauce,1 tablespoons chilli sauce,2 tablespoons tomato ketchup and mix it well with 2 to 3 teaspoon of plain water.and add it in frying onion and capsicum
If needed (depends on gravy quantity)then add little water and mix well.
When it's start boiling place fried oats ball into gravy and mix it well so the sauce goes into the oats balls well
Garnish with some spring onion and serve it hot(this step totaly optional)
