Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Ragi 1 cup
  2. Barnyard millet 1 cup
  3. Pearl millet1 cup
  4. Green grams1 cup
  5. Horse grams 1 cup
  6. Barley 1 cup
  7. Red rice 1 cup
  8. Sorghum 1 cup
  9. Grounded millet flour all the above ingredients 1 cup
  10. Eggs 2
  11. country sugar 1/2 cup
  12. Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  13. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Baking soda pinch
  15. Oil 3 tsp
  16. Whip cream 1/4 cup
  17. Sweeted chocolate powder 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Ragi, barnyard millet, barley,pearl millet, horse gram , green grams, red rice,Dry roast all the ingredients for 5 to 8 min and let it cool and grind it in mill and store in airtight container
  2. In a bowl add 2 eggs and blend in electrical beater , then add country suger and blend it again .
  3. Add 1 cup millets flour, baking powder and baking soda in a seive and seive in egg batter , then add vanilla essence and oil and beat again. Then heat non stick pan in low flame and pour 1 scoop in center don't spread .. let it cook in low flame
  4. Flip it over and cook again and let it cool before frosting
  5. In whip cream add sweeten chocolate powder and blend to stiff peak
  6. Then frost in pancake and close with other
  7. Healthy yummy doraemon cake ready .. guilt free eating
  8. Enjoy with kids
