Ingredients: 1 1/4cup sugar; 1/4cup water; 1/3cup semi sweet chocolate; 3/4 cup flour; 1/3cup cocoa powder; 1/4tsp baking powder; 1/2tsp salt; 2 eggs; 1/2 cup oil; 1 tsp vanilla essence; TOPPINGS; 3 Oreo biscuita; 3 square cream cheese; 1/4 tsp vanilla essence; 2 tsp powdered sugar; melted toffee sauce; crushed lotus biscuit and biscoff spread

ABOUT 4 in 1 Microwave Brownies RECIPE

The chewy ,fudgy microwave brownie that can be quickly made within minutes in microwave.This brownie tray has 4 flavour in it ,topped with oreos,cheesecake,dulce de leche, lotus biscoff spread and its crumbs .

Ingredients Serving: 4

1 1/4cup sugar
1/4cup water
1/3cup semi sweet chocolate
3/4 cup flour
1/3cup cocoa powder
1/4tsp baking powder
1/2tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
TOPPINGS
3 Oreo biscuita
3 square cream cheese
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp powdered sugar
melted toffee sauce
crushed lotus biscuit and biscoff spread

Instructions

In a sauce pan heat sugar,water and chocolate .stir until chocolate is melted.Allow it to cool.
Sift together flour,baking powder,salt and keep aside.
To the cooled chocolate mix add in eggs ( yoghurt for eggless version),oil,vanilla essence mix well.
Add in the dry ingredients and combine until everything is mixed , mix by cut
pour the batter into a greased microwavable pan and add the toppings.
TOPPINGS
Mix together cream cheese,vanilla essence and sugar until creamy and add onto one side of the brownie batter,and swirl it.
break the oreo into half and add to adjacent sides .
Add a heap of dulce de leche to the next side and swirl it.
And the last drizzle biscoff spread and crushed biscuit on top
microwave it for 7-8 minutes until top is set ...Donot over bake it it will turn the cake hard.
Allow it to cool before cutting..
