Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 bread slices (white or brown)
  2. 3 tbsp pizza sauce
  3. 8-10 paneer cubed into small pieces
  4. 12 black olives
  5. 1/4 cup finely chopped mixed veggies as per your choice
  6. 1/2 cup grated cheese
  7. Chilli flakes and oregano as needed

Instructions

  1. Cut the edges of bread. Roll it into thin slices.
  2. Preheat the oven at 175°C.
  3. Put the bread slices carefully in the muffin tray.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly. Add some cheese.
  5. Add veggies and paneer cubes. Add remaining cheese. Top it with black olives.
  6. Bake it for 7 minutes or until cheese melts and edges of the bread are lightly brown.
  7. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano. Serve immediately.
