Mix suji, curd, water, 1 tsp oil, salt, ginger paste and green chilli in a bowl.
Heat water in a cooker for steaming. It should fill the vessel only 1 inch from base.
Grease a 2 inch deep container with oil and keep in the cooker. Easy to pour batter into it; instead of placing it in.
Add eno salt to the batter and quickly mix. Bubbles will appear. Wait for a few seconds. Now pour it into the container for steaming.
Close the lid and remove the whistle of the cooker. Steam on high flame for 2 minutes and then on medium flame for 12 minutes.
Remove and keep aside. Heat oil for vaghaar, add mustard seeds, next cumin , sesame seeds, curry leaves and slit chillies.
Pour the vaghaar over the dhokla. Cool a little before cutting into pieces.
Tastes great with or without chutney.
