ABOUT Quinoa Mango Pudding RECIPE

The quinoa provides a nice carb base to go along with everything. It also provides a wonderfully nutty texture.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup cooked Quinoa
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 3 tbsp milk powder
  4. 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  5. 1 mango (ripe and diced)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Quinoa as per instruction given on the packet.
  2. Heat a pan add milk, quinoa, milk powder and sugar. Let it boil till you get a creamy and thick consistency, let it cool.
  3. Add mango, mint leaves and serve chilled.
