ABOUT Semolina Vegetable Chilla RECIPE

Quick chilla with richness of vegetables and taste like dosa. It is my mother in law's recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup semolina (sooji)
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 2 bread slices
  4. 1/2 cup water
  5. 1 cup chopped capsicum
  6. 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  7. 1 cup chopped onions
  8. Chopped coriander leaves
  9. Chopped green chilli
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  12. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add sooji, curd and a little water. Mix it well.
  2. Add bread and water. Mix it in a mixer grinder. Take it out in a bowl and add all chopped vegetables.
  3. Add salt and pepper. Mix it properly.
  4. Take a tawa, put a little oil and cook from both the sides.
  5. Serve it hot.

I also make these once every week for breakfast but you recipe sounds more interesting, will try it out this week... :)
