A moist chocolate cake with loads of freshly grated carrots and walnut. A delicious way to make your kids carrot

Ingredients Serving: 8

Maida 1cup
Whole wheat flour 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Brown sugar 1/2cup
Baking powder 1tsp
Baking soda 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Cinnamon powder 1tsp
Carrot grated 2 cup
Chocolate chips 1/2 cup
Walnut 1 cup
Eggs 3
Butter 150 gm
Milk 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1tsp

Instructions

Pre -heat the oven at 180•c
Sieve all the dry ingredients flour, atta, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, Salt, cinnamon powder, cocoa powder in a bowl and add grated carrot and chopped walnuts and mix it with a spatula
In another bowl add eggs, butter, milk, vanilla essence and mix
Add the dry ingredients in the wet ingredients and mix it properly
In a greased and baking dish pour the batter ,,arrange walnuts on top and bake for 40...50 minutes till skewer inserted in middle comes out clean
