Its a healthy version of net dosa kids will luv it

Ingredients Serving: 4

1 cup udad daal
2 cup rice
1/2 cup usna rice
1 tspn salt
1 cup grated cheese ( paneer)
1/2 cup spinach puri
Butter 2 spoon
Oil 1/2 cup

Instructions

Soak daal rice for 4 hrs n grind with 1/2 it
This grinded batter keep over night for furmantation
Morning add salt mix well n pour the batter in a plastic sauce bottle or any bottle with small hole
To make palak stuffing in a pan add 2 spoon oil put 1 spoon ginger garlic paste add mashed or grated paneer saut it then add salt n spinach Puri Cook it for ,5 mins
Green stuffing is ready
Now heat dosa pan .. grease it then from a bottle make net dosa
Make a circle then fill it with vertical n horizontal lines
Let one side cook then cook other side n put green stuffing in between wrap dosa Make all dosa in same way
