Ingredients: 100 gm refined oil/ butter; 200 castor sugar; 2 Eggs; 1 tsp vanilla essence/extract; 150 gm all purpose flour; 1 tsp Baking powder; 100 gms chocolate chips; 80 ml milk

Ingredients Serving: 10

100 gm refined oil/ butter
200 castor sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence/extract
150 gm all purpose flour
1 tsp Baking powder
100 gms chocolate chips
80 ml milk

Instructions

Preheat oven at 180 degrees, Keep the paper cases ready in a muffin tray.
Sieve the flour with baking powder keep aside
In a bowl, beat the sugar and oil till mixed, then add the eggs and essence, mix and finally add in the flour and milk and fold in with a spatula till well Incorporated
Now add the chocolate chips and mix lightly
Pour into the cases till 3/4 full. Bake for 25 minutes or till done
