Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup maida; 1/2 cup powdered sugar; 1/3 cup melted chocolate; 1/3 cup butter; 1/3 cup condensed milk; 1tsp Baking powder; 1cup choclate ganache

1 1/2 cup maida
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup melted chocolate
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup condensed milk
1tsp Baking powder
1cup choclate ganache

Instructions

Beat butter and sugar until soft then add maida, baking powder to the mixture and mix well.
Add condensed milk and melted chocolate to the mixture and mix well, your batter is ready.
For choclate ganache take 1/2 cup cream and 1/3 cup chocolate in a bowl and microwave it till it melts then mix it until thick and pour in to piping bag.
Pour your batter in silicone cup cake moulds and bake for about 20 minutes at 180'c.
When it completely cool down top it off with choclate ganache and serve it with strawberry jam and mint leaves.
